ofcourse there are some advantages and disadvantages...the filipinos can do and will have freedom if our country was not colonized..but think of this...it is good that our country is colonized because the other country who colonized us brought education and discipline,, even if we are colonized...other country makes us a better people today:))

If the Philippines was never colonized, we wouldn't have been domesticated by the Spaniards, but we wouldn't have had the chance to experience high quality technology. We would probably never have the title of the only Christian/Catholic country in Asia. It was hard for our ancestors back then, but I think that it's good that we were colonized since we now have many titles and have better knowledge on modern technology than we would have if we were never colonized.
