Selecting a leader is an important task that must not be taken lightly.  The success of the group may not be wholly the responsibility of the leaders , but their roles are important and crucial.

Although Bernie, is my friend I will stick with my principles. I will vote for a leader who is responsible, wise, honest, and has the knowledge about the roles and tasks that he will perform. If a leader is not qualified, it will be hard for the organization to function effectively, and he/she can lead the organization to serious problems.

Even if it is small or big organization, I will follow what is right. I want to establish a culture within my group or community, a culture of people who are rational in choosing their own leader. Change must start in me.
