1. By accepting who you are and know who you are where you came from and who is your family.

2. I’m of the opinion that heredity is probably responsible for about 90%, the environment including nutrition, culture, and parental care about 7-8%, and personal choices and random variations of life circumstances the remaining 2-3%.But, that is not to minimize the importance of the 2-3% and the personal choices we make is the difference between a happy, fulfilled life or a street derelict. For example, if I get C’s and an occasional B through grades 1-10, I’m probably not going to get into MIT and split atoms, or Cornell Medical School and perform brain surgery for a living. But I could have a very successful business as a plumber, carpenter, etc and a wonderful family and home if I make mostly good choices and pursue my goals with persistence and a little luck.
