How does one face hardship? For me: One faces hardship with courage and faith, especially faith. In every hardship, God is always our strength. He's always the answer. We should just believe in him. Also, there's hardwork. Hardwork is so important. It's the key to success. 
With all of these, we can face or even surpass hardship. Just always remember: Every hardship is followed by ease (as stated in the verse).
