Hi there,
I am 10 years old and a Grade VI student from the Philippines.
I am tasked by my teachers to work on the possibility of using corn husks to make bioplastic flower pots [that hopefully, can be planted directly into the soil] for my investigative science project. My questions are as follows:Is this feasible? Will the chemical composition of corn husks compatible to making bioplastics? Can you suggest a simple procedure how to test this?I hope you can help me as I am very excited in doing this project.
Thank you and have a blessed weekend!

It is feasible if you have the needed equipments and chemicals at hand. And yes, it is possible to use corn husk in making a bioplastic.
