Toilet problem

  • In our community there are still people who live without a toilet . These people used  and relieve themselves  in rivers or in the ground which can cause diarrhea, cholera, typhoid diseases and many other diseases that can lead to death. Therefore, if I were health worker, I will suggest to our health unit to provide these people, free toilet so that they cannot transmit diseases to the healthy people.

Water supply problem

  • Aside from toilet, I will also recommend provide people an access to clean water, so that they will have personal hygiene because it also plays an important role as protection for  infectious or communicable diseases.

Example the problem in typhoid bacteria:

In our place typhoid problem is very rampant that is why I want to give solution to this problem:

  • Typhoid fever is came from the bacteria salmonella. The symptoms of this fever is  weakness, constipation,headache, vomiting and abdominal pain.
  • If the person infected has no comfort room they will release  it in the river or in any area they wanted, therefore this can also infect other people who will wash in the river.
  • Salmonella bacteria can survive for a long period of time, therefore it can also infect other people through their urine and feces.
  • If the person infected with salmonella and they will prepare a food, the food that they prepared has a tendency to be infected too. And an infected food will take by a healthy person their is a tendency that person will also got sick. Therefore water is vital in preparing food specially infected one.
