Dear Mr. Eresuello:
This letter concerns the report received by the Company about the complaint filed against you
before the Barangay of Alagao, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. The report shows that you have been
imputed for the crime of Qualified Rape. We take this matter with serious concern, as the.
safety and well-being of our employees and the community are paramount to the Company's
values and operating principles.
Please be informed that the commission of a crime by an employee against any immediate
member of his family,constitutes a just cause for termination under the Labor Code.
Considering the foregoing, please submit your written explanation on this matter within five
days from receipt of
this notice, and justify why no disciplinary action must be imposed
against you. Failure to submit your written
explanation within the said period shall constitute
a waiver of your right to be heard, and the
Company may then make a decision on the
appropriate disciplinary action based on the facts
that it has gathered.
