hi guys i am currently working on an extended practical investigation poster for physics which involves the same sections as a scientific report
i need to work on the analysis section of the report but i dont understand what the rubric is asking for
it says
"An analysis of the data describes how interactions between two independent variables affected a dependant variable and this is related quantitatively to a relevant and valid mathematical model."

our experiment was testing if the height of release affected the height of bounce
we had a experimental setup which consisted of a base and a dowel (stick) that went into the base and a spring that was at the bottom of the dowel with blutack to hold it down so it does move. we had to drop a nut from different heights of the dowel and observe and record how high it would bounce up to.
to my understanding the IV is the height of release - as we were constantly changing it and the DV is the height of bounce as thats what we were measuring
i dont get wha the second IV would be
