- Smoking
- Littering, pollution spreading
- Bad eating habits
- Excessive alcohol drinking
- Use of illegal drugs
How it will affect you
- Smoking - simply put, smoking will kill you, and it will also have a slow yet long term effect on the people around you inhaling the smoke you release
- Littering, environment pollution - Remember the big flood? One of the biggest factors to blame here is the pile of garbage that resulted from irresponsible citizens throwing away their trash all over the place.
- Bad eating habits - too much junk food, too much fat, too much sugar, too much salt. Unhealthy eating habits could lead to a lot of health issues from obesity to heart disease to diabetes and sometimes, even cancer.
- Excessive alcohol drinking - too much alcohol has always been linked to hypertension, and are oftentimes the cause of unfortunate accidents and incidents.
- Use of illegal drugs - much like any negative lifestyle habits, illegal drug abuse does not only put a great strain on the physical and mental health of the user, but also endangers their lives.
