One of the greatest regrets we can ever make is to not learn from our mistakes, and then going through a loop of making those bad decisions and mistakes all over again without realizing that those were mistakes.  Constantly living in such a terrible loop disables us from becoming better people who make healthy decisions not just for ourselves but also for other people, because in reality our decisions affect those who are around us.  Never learning the purpose of our downfalls is a foolish living.  When we go through that vicious cycle, we then sulk over our misery because we have never learned.  In conclusion, learning is an integral part of our living, thus we must understand that our failures should lead us to our better selves.
