Okay so I will start with propaganda movement:
A propaganda movement is a movement in which they desire for a change but they would ask for simple things. Well known members who were part of the propaganda movement were Jose Rizal, Marcelo H. Del Pilar and Graciano Lopez-Jaena. They only desired for equality of Filipinos with the Spaniards, Secularization of the clergy (priests), and the removal of polo y servicio (forced labor.) Their means of going against the government is by writing (La Solidaridad) , painting, etc. They do not fight through arms.
While a reform movement is a movement in which they desire for total freedom, a very big thing to ask for. The Katipunan is a well known movement as Andres Bonifacio as its leader. They go against the government through fighting.
