For pros:

They at implying that it's nice that people addicted or have used drugs are either being arrested or killed because it increases the safety of our country because they said that most of the illegal killings were done by people addicted to drugs thus removing them will increases the safety of our country

For cons(anti) :

They are implying that we should be aware of human rights and should not be killing the people addicted to drugs because they are still humans no mater what they should not be killed. war on drugs should be stopped for the sake of our people because it came from another controversy that when a person is descovered or positive in drug addiction, the police men kills them immediately and if the police men cannot find any drug addicts, they find a person and then push the blame on them and immediately kill them that's why they are implying to stop war on drugs because of human rights
