1. DISAGREE. Phones can be used by the students for emergency purposes. If he had an accident or injury, got sick, or any other valid reason for him to go home, he can easily contact his parents to fetch him up because staying at school may even worsen his condition.
2. AGREE, if its healthy competition. Being competitive is a skill that a student must possess in an early age because he can use this in the future, especially when he has a work already. Knowing that some people may produce a better output than him, he will surely step up his game and create the most creative and beautiful output he could ever create. If he loses or the outputs of others are better than him, he might challenge and improve himself, learn to accept defeat and show sportsmanship. It can also be applied in recitation. If he often recites, his final grades will increase and the teachers will know him for being a fast thinker and smart student, which can boost his self-confidence (but also tests if he can stay down-to-earth despite all of the compliments he's getting).
3. AGREE. Teachers can give as many homeworks as they can on whatever day of school day it is, but weekends is the time for the students to rest, take care of their physical and mental health, bond with their family members, do their hobbies and improve their talents. It's a two-day opportunity for them to sleep peacefully for hours after their sleepless nights on weekdays and explore their capabilities as a person.
4. AGREE. We're all humans, so exhibiting humanity must be normal for us. Human diversity should be fully accepted by all of the people around the world so that we can love everyone despite of their race, skin color, height, weight, gender, sexual preferences, religious beliefs, or any other factor that makes them them. For as long as we don't hurt or degrade anyone, our uniqueness shouldn't be an issue or a hindrance for us not to be loved.
5. AGREE. I think we're hospitable enough because I can see how most Filipinos are known for accepting guests (even tho they barely know them or they don't know them at all) to their houses before this pandemic and this is a trait that foreigners often find amusing. Punctuality is the one that should be strictly observed among Filipinos especially because we're normalizing 'Filipino time' or simply being late when attending school practices, seminars, workplace parties, or any other important event. Being on time makes a first impression that we value and respect the other person and we don't want him/her to wait for us so it's really important to practice this trait.
