Dancing is an enjoyable health -enhancing physical activity that can help improve and sustain one’s fitness levels. Active participation in dance can provide many health benefits to individuals. In the Physical Activity Pyramid, it is recommended that activities for aerobics, flexibility, and strength should be performed at least two to three (2-3) times a week.
