And that is not all
The TALIBAN took over Afghanistan
As the World watched the events unfold there
Life becomes more uncertain yet near the end
How can we make sense to all this?
Here on the islands
We are still COVID-19 free
Yet fear permeates
Fear infects
Vaccines have become a scare
Because vaccines are not FDA approved
Yet the idea of receiving stimulus is attractive
Businesses have slowed
Some of us prefer to stay home and work
While many are still pushing for the status quo
What will become of the human race?
Fear has infected lives everywhere
Only God can help us prevail
