If I were to write a letter to Jane, I would tell her that racism happens around the world. It doesn't only involve white people against other race, it also happens between one or more race. Asians could still be racist to their own race. Black people can still be racist to their own race. Same with how Asians could be racist to Black people, vice versa. The only way for us to stop this is to spread awareness against it. Racism doesn't only happen in one place, it happens around the world. The least we could do is share posts and articles about racism to raise awareness about it. And educate other people who are racist
