According to the song, it actually describes about the life of a living person. Being a human is hard. We face different kinds of issues, problems and arguments along the way. We have the capacity to change our lives and become better or just forget everything and dwell in sadness.
It also wants to tell the world that life is not as easy as it is. There would be a lot of people who is going to criticize your judgements and some would adore you and show genuine love. Every day in our lives we get to be meeting different kinds of people. There are good ones and bad ones.
For the good ones, they are usually there for us no matter what. Their love is unconditional and they would not stop caring for us. They would inspire us to do good and become a better version of ourselves. Being surrounded by good people can let us see life in a positive way. They help us be stronger to be able to fight our struggles and hardships. They are the first person to congratulate us and even be proud of us for doing a job well done.
For the bad ones, we cannot control life and the people that we meet. It will only be based on how are we going to deal with these kinds of people. Usually, being around with the bad ones can somehow makes us stronger and be wiser. It drives our inner strength to be able to overcome the bad and replacing it with goodness.
So, the reason why I chose Sun to be the object for this song is because for me, it means that it is a sign of new day. A new day to be able to change and whatever mistakes that I have done, I have a hope that I can learn from it and become a better person. The sun is always bright and shiny. The heat of the sun enhances our emotion of happiness. It just simply says that our lives might be dark sometimes but there will always be a tomorrow that would be bright and shiny. We can never be on the dark forever. As long as we live, there would always be hope for tomorrow.
The lyrics of the song focuses on how we live our lives. That there would be an instance that we will all be forgotten. There’s also a part wherein it says that we humans are capable of making mistakes. And doing mistakes will not stop us living our lives. We can always do better and we always have a chance in life to be a good person that we all should be.
The common ground is a good place to start. Meaning we should not just stop and be settled for less but continue on improving ourselves and to have a good future.
