For me, when your interviewing, yes you will learn something, Always be yourself. For a while, you entered interviews acting like the person you thought the company wanted you to be. Most employers and interviewers are smart enough to figure out whether or not you are actually a good fit for the job, and if you're even really interested.

Every candidate offers an opportunity to hear a fresh perspective. If you approach the interview as an opportunity to learn then chances are that every interaction would leave you richer and wiser. Be it technical, behavioural or life skills. If you create a comfortable space for the candidate to express fully, i would be time well spent irrespective of the outcome. Doing this would automatically take the pressure off you in terms of selling your company, an experience where a candidate can express fully is great employer branding in itself.

About the things that I learned.

I find interviewing really challenging and interesting. I've learned a lot from being on both sides of the interviewing table.

Will this knowledge gained from the interview help me in understanding the role of the environment in my development as a person?

It made me realize that the environment we are living in plays a vital role in our lives because what will happen bad in our environment may affect our lifestyle and Help on it.
