When I was about Six or Seven, I have learnt from my parents that there is a higher being than myself. To be more specific, it God who made Heaven and Earth. I pretty well knew the earth on which I walk and that I see with my own eyes and nothing more. Even after my visit to another place or a local part of the town I lived, I used to remember that piece of earth is still there (though it is not in front of my eyes). I also was well aware my neighbours, public as I go out, my relations and my own family. As well I was aware of the pet animals, birds of the air, chicken, serpents and scorpions, rats etc., I was told that wild animals live in forests, which I have never visited, but in pictures and in the class books, I could make out.

After having this much of knowledge, I believed that my parents or any known or unknown person ever created the nature around or away from me. I know that I was born to my parents, but had no knowledge as to how I came into the world. Then I had a very strong reason, beyond any doubt that there is someone Higher than me. My parents told me it is the ‘God the Creator’ who has created them and me and the whole world. I never had any doubt to believe them. They frankly told me that they have never seen that God. He is said to be a Spirit (which I could not really understand) and has no physical body like me and others. Hence we cannot see them Now I have full knowledge of what the Spirit is, by reading and listening to learned people.
