It is therefore that they have to make efforts that allow them to develop these skills.
The solution for their work, which they will find after the university, will depend on the particular context they are in. However, certain things are common. First of all, that people are increasingly working in the knowledge industry, which is increasingly dynamic, and where there is less need for specific skills.
On the other hand, and according to experience, the labor market is more competitive and more demanding. Therefore, students have to perform better, have more knowledge, have skills that are more advanced and have better professional practices. What is common is that, for the most part, there is an increase in the production of goods and services. So, students are encouraged to learn about new technologies, to develop their technological knowledge, and to acquire technological skills that will make them more efficient in the job market.
