  • Prepare the USB Flash disk
  • Create Bootable USB using a software OR create Bootable usb using command prompt.
  • Copy windows files to the new bootable USB device.
  • Configure BIOS and set 1st boot option to the bootable usb.

Second, you need to make sure that the USB you prepare will only be used upon the booting of computer (or BIOS), so you will configure it using CMD (Command Prompt) or a Software. Next, in order to run a specific command(set of command) upon booting your computer, you need to copy files to your bootable USB drive. Examples of that files are OS (Operating System) installation files like Windows 10 OS or Linux. Next, you will configure the BIOS drive reading system. Make sure that upon the booting of the BIOS, it will read the bootable USB drive connected to one of the ports of the computer before all the disk drives attached to it. Lastly, test if the Bootable USB drive works. We can say it worked if the BIOS read the bootable device first before anything else.
