Answer:

"THE WORLD IS NOT EQUAL, IT'S FAIR"

Having equality and being fair are both different. What are their differences? Why do we need to maintain those two and what is more efficient?

Having equality, means we need to do what we to one to others. Being equal needs to give both of your attention to another if you give your attention to someone. Having equality doesn't need to consider gender and age, but just maintaining equal value. If you don't value them as equal, it can result to jealousy and more quarrels. If he is a gay, then you must treat him as her. That's why equality is effective on it's own but too much effort.

On the other hand, being fair is like "treating" them not because their famous, but as an ordinary citizen like others. What we need now is not equality but being fair. Do not give special treatment to the government officials if you know that they are using their resources to make the poor under their control. You must act fairly onto them whether they are powerful or not. The world needs to be fair and not to be equal. We are special as ourselves and we just need to move fairly without stepping on someone's weakness to conquer.
