NOBENA PARA SA MAHAL NA YUMAO

OPENING PRAYER FOR THE SOUL OF A DEARLY DEPARTED

O God, our loving Father, we are gathered here to pray goodbye to our departed dead who say hello to everlasting life. He/She has a special place in our hearts and in our lives.

O Lord, to whom it belongs always to show mercy and to spare, we humbly beseech You to welcome the soul of Your servant (Full Name) whom You have called out of this world. The remission of his/her sins, that through pious supplication, he/she may obtain the pardon, which he/she has always desired. That You deliver him/her not into the hands of the enemy, nor forget him/her forever, but command that he/she be received by Your holy angels and taken to paradise, his/her true country and destiny. As (Name) believed and hoped in You, suffer him/her not the pains of hell, but instead reward him/her with love, peace, joy and everlasting happiness, these we ask of You, O Lord Jesus, and Your loving Father and the Holy Spirit.
