What are the differences between animal and plant cells? What are their similarities? How can we identify them?

Sagot :

The differences between plant and animal cells are:
Plant cells have cell wall and chloroplast which are not present in animal cells while animal cells have centrioles which are not present in plant cells.
Similarities;
Present in both cells: nucleus, plasma membrane, cyptoplasm, mitochondria, golgi body, smooth er,rough er, lysosome,vacoule/vesicle,ribosomels....

:))))

They have lots of differences:

*Plant cells have bigger vacuoles than that of the animal cell.
*Plant cells have chloroplasts and cell walls while animal cells do not have.
*Animal cells have centrioles that plant cells lack.
*The shape of the plant cell is rectangular while that of the animal cell is circular.

They both have the following parts:
-lysosomes
-nucleus
-nucleolus
-nuclear membrane
-cytoplasm
-plasma membrane or cell membrane
-ribosomes
-golgi bodies
-smooth ER ( endoplasmic reticulum )
-rough ER
-vacuoles
-mitochondria

You can identify them through their shape.
Or when you are viewing it under a microscope, the plant cell forms an angular pattern.
