where do you think was the philippines located during the time that pangaea existed?

Philippines is near the trenches so, it could have not existed in the time of Pangaea. Maybe it is produced out of tectonic activities.

The Philippines is an archipelago which means it is a group of islands  being surrounded by great bodies of water. The Pangaea is the name of the supercontinent that allegedly existed a long time ago before some of its pieces detached from the superconfinent because of consistent movement of the tectonic plates. Probably, the Philippines at the time of Pangaea has not been identified and do not exist yet because there is only one continent ever recognized and Philippines is now part of the Southeast Asian countries - one of the identified continents among the detached pieces from Pangaea.
