  • I will continue doing this activity. I also help my family in doing this and it should always be part on my everyday life.

playing computer games 6 hours (not move a lot)

  • I should limit my self in playing computer games and using cellphone
  • using cellphones/computer/tablet in a couple of hours is considered as a sedentary lifestyle which can be a risk factor for developing cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease are one of the leading higher mortality rate in our country. Lifestyle and genetic predisposition put us in a higher risk of developing these disease. it includes, cardiac arrest, hypertension, vascular disease like thrombosis and atherosclerosis. we need to have lifestyle modification in order to prevent theses types of disease like, eating healthy foods (vegetables), having a good hours of sleep, exercise to loose some fats, diet restriction.

  • also limit watching movie as part of my daily routine. it is considered as passive lifestyle but it also part of my recreational activity. there is no risk if I just limit it.
